Starting in 2015 in Shanghai, China, ADAPTIVE LEADERS began helping leaders and organizations accelerate their growth and become healthier leaders and teams. From the beginning, ADAPTIVE LEADERS has been on your side, believing in your capacity, sharing in your dreams, and genuinely caring about you and your team.
Since 2015, ADAPTIVE LEADERS has expanded to include coaches and consultants from wide ranging backgrounds and locations. We genuinely like and trust each other, across different cultures and personalities, and when we work with you, your team will feel that and benefit from it.
Our Partnerships
We deliver Developmental Sprint® and Growth Culture Indicator® in partnership with The Developmental Edge (TDE) rooted in the ground-breaking work of TDE Chief Knowledge Officers Dr. Robert Kegan & Dr. Lisa Lahey.
